Windows & Mac
Open your Ronove office in Chrome or Edge and choose Install Ronove (the install icon in the address bar). It opens in its own window like any desktop program.
iPhone & iPad
Open the Ronove app link in Safari, tap Share › Add to Home Screen. Allow notifications and location for clock-in.
Android
Open the app link in Chrome and tap Install app. NFC clock-in works on Android phones with NFC.
Flexi Pay and savings – staff paid when they need it
Carers and nurses can take part of the pay they have already earned before payday – no fees, no interest, not a loan. The office approves it and it comes off the next pay run automatically. Staff can also save towards goals from each payday into their own bank account.

Set-up fee £2.50 + VAT, paid first – it includes importing your clients, employees and records from the software you use now – then your first 90 days are free. Unlimited employees, clients and bookings. Pay by card, PayPal, Direct Debit or bank transfer; activation within 12–24 hours. Cancel with 15 days' notice.
